Opportunity
PeopleTec is currently seeking a Power Apps Developerto support our Huntsville AL location.
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Power Apps Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience developing solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) Power Automate (Flow) and SharePoint. You will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining business-critical applications and automation workflows to improve operational efficiency and data accessibility.
Duties:
- Design develop and maintain custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
- Automate business processes using Power Automate workflows integrated with SharePoint Outlook Teams and other Microsoft 365 services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct testing troubleshooting and performance tuning of apps and workflows.
- Maintain documentation of solutions architecture and processes.
- Ensure security scalability and compliance of developed solutions.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- 5 years of experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps and Power Automate).
- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online (lists libraries permissions customization).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
Desired Skills:
- Microsoft Power Platform Certification (PL-100 PL-400 or similar).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Understanding of relational databases and integrating with SQL Server (on-premises).
- Knowledge of Power BI development is a plus.
