Job Description
Fitzgerald Auto Malls of Maryland operating out of Gaithersburg is seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician.
Responsibilities include
- Building HVAC light repairs and filter maintenance
- Parking Lot facility maintenance including pavement marking
- Minor Plumbing & drain repairs
- General Building repairs
- Maintain workshop area and storage area in an organized working condition
- Some snow clearing & salt responsibilities
Job requirements
- At least 1-year experience in a related job or field
- General handyman type skills
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a general background check and legally able to work in the U.S.
- Physically able to lift approximately 50lbs
- No specific automotive knowledge required
No known allergies to oil antifreeze general petroleum-based products and any generally accepted products used in an automotive repair shop environment
