- Handle requests and issues from both internal and external customers.
- Investigate user complaints by analyzing application logs and identifying solutions based on existing documentation.
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders via ticketing systems and email communication.
- Apply configuration changes to applications.
- Support deployment verification and testing processes.

- Have a technical education and mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Possess intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
- Demonstrate clear and well-structured verbal and written communication skills.
- Are able to analyze application and system logs effectively.
- Have solid troubleshooting and investigation skills.
- Show a basic understanding of network communications and protocols including HTTP(S) TCP/IP DNS firewalls and load balancing.
Youll get extra points for...
- Experience with visualization tools such as Kibana and Grafana.
- Familiarity with Linux command line interface.
- Experience in L2 production application support.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and processes including Git Jenkins Argo CD.
- Programing/scripting on one of programming languages
