About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our global talent acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment international client engagement and strategic talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.
- Develop and use sourcing strategies through job portals LinkedIn referrals and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Support offer management and documentation processes.
2. Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
3. Market Research & Talent Mapping
- Conduct research on potential clients competitors and market trends.
- Support in identifying potential global talent pools and maintaining a candidate database.
- Assist in creating and maintaining recruitment reports and dashboards.
4. International Business Support
- Participate in international client interactions and business development discussions when required.
- Help build strategic partnerships and strengthen relationships with global clients.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelors degree (HR Business Administration or related field preferred).
- Experience: Not required; freshers are encouraged. Candidates with 1-2 years of recruitment experience may be considered for an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and talent sourcing methods.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
