Whats the role
Join our Credit Cards Line of Business team to lead credit card portfolio strategy and performance ensuring customer fairness risk management and market competitiveness. This role requires strong product management disciplines commercial acumen and a deep understanding of customer and market dynamics
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver portfolio and lifecycle strategies for growth profitability and satisfaction
- Monitor financials market trends customer insights to inform strategy and manage budgets
- Collaborate across teams and influence senior stakeholders
- Provide end-to-end credit card expertise and gain proficiency in backend systems and setup
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
What do I need
- Experience in financial services with a background in product management payments cards or lending
- Strong understanding of financial products (ideally Credit Cards) marketing and data analysis
- Strong commercial acumen with data-driven decision making and skilled data storytelling using Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional relationship management skills across internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable working in ambiguity customer-focused and highly collaborative under pressure
- Tertiary qualified in Economics Business or Marketing
