Your day to day

  • Change Management: Coordinate all change activities across the organization. Ensure that requested changes meet business standards and objectives and maintain high quality in the change management process.
  • Operational Resilience Coordination: Facilitate centralized planning and coordination of DDoS simulations and Disaster Recovery tests working closely with execution teams to ensure alignment and readiness.
  • Lifecycle & Configuration Management: Oversee and improve lifecycle and configuration management practices across platforms.
  • Community Engagement: Act as the community manager for our Ops Engineer community. Organize and chair regular knowledge-sharing sessions community events and communicate key updates (e.g. incidents root cause analyses platform changes).
  • Automation & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate recurring tasks and facilitate quarterly retrospectives to continuously improve team collaboration and efficiency.
  • ITSM Best Practices: Promote and support the implementation of ITSM best practices across teams.

What youll bring to the team

Must-Have:

  • Experience in IT operations particularly in change management and ITSM processes.
  • Familiarity with support processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication assertiveness and diplomacy.
  • Strong organizational project and time management skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: curious proactive adaptable empathetic and eager to learn.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience coordinating DDoS simulations disaster recovery and testing activities.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Azure DevOps PowerBI Grafana.
  • Exposure to cloud technologies CI/CD pipelines.
  • Scripting knowledge (e.g. Python or similar).
