The role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Recruitment Specialist to join our close-knit People & Culture team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain well-rounded exposure across the full spectrum of P&C practices with a strong emphasis on full-cycle recruitment for Tech/IT positions.

The ideal candidate is eager to grow in all areas of the People & Culture field in an innovative and fast-evolving organization and ready to make an immediate impact through hands-on experience and strategic collaboration.

What will you be doing:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes with a primary focus on Tech/IT roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements craft compelling job descriptions and align on hiring strategies
  • Proactively source top talent using platforms like LinkedIn job boards and tech communities to build strong candidate pipelines
  • Screen and assess candidates for both technical proficiency and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interview scheduling feedback loops and maintain consistent candidate communication
  • Manage and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up
  • Support employer branding initiatives particularly for tech-related roles
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new hires
  • Support compensation and benefits administration tasks
  • Monitor and manage employee leaves in line with internal policies and legal requirements
  • Coordinate Learning & Development (L&D) programs
  • Contribute to People & Culture projects aimed at enhancing employee experience and engagement

What you will need to succeed:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources Economics or a related field (a Masters in HR or MBA is a plus)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Tech/IT recruitment (e.g. Backend Full Stack Infrastructure DevOps) in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of tech stacks and ability to confidently engage with candidates and hiring managers on technical topics
  • Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn job boards and other recruiting platforms
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms; Workable experience is a plus
  • Experience in HR Generalist functions including payroll and benefit administration is considered as a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective organizational and time management capabilities
  • Proactive approach with a resourceful and solution-oriented mindset
  • High level of attention to detail
