Treatment Coordinator

Job Description

We have a rare and exciting for a Part Time Treatment Coordinator to join our team at our Bristol - Clifton Orthodontics.

We provide clinical excellence in orthodontic dentistry and our renowned services and dental expertise are utilised in our skilled approach to the individual needs of each and every patient.

As a Treatment Coordinator you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and support throughout their dental treatment journey.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients addressing their queries and concerns about treatments
• Conduct initial consultations to understand patients needs and explain treatment options
• Collaborate with dentists and specialists to create comprehensive treatment plans
• Prepare and present treatment cost estimates to patients
• Coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups
• Assist in the development of personalised treatment schedules
• Liaise between patients and the clinical team to ensure smooth communication
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Support the practices marketing efforts by promoting services and special offers
• Contribute to improving patient satisfaction and retention rates
