• Respond promptly to fire/water emergencies as they are happening 24/7.
• Evaluate and assess the situation to find the decision maker and make contact.
• Educate the property owner/decision maker on our restoration & reconstruction services in order to secure the sale.

• Effectively communicate with dispatch and on-call team members to ensure a coordinated response.
• Collaborate with other members of our sales team to ensure consistent communication and marketing efforts.

• Provide support comfort and guidance to clients and their families during emergency situations.
• Offer information about our fire and water damage restoration services showcasing our expertise and dedication to restoring normalcy after a disaster.

• Previous experience in public adjusting emergency response fire/water restoration is a plus.
• Firefighters with a passion for serving the community are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed.

• Ability to remain composed and thrive in a high-pressure chaotic environment.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Availability 24/7 to respond quickly to local emergencies.
