About the role
As Team Leader Priority Communities youll lead a dedicated team to deliver regional mental health reform and service commissioning for our most vulnerable and priority communities. Youll facilitate regional partnership groups and drive quality culturally responsive and outcomes-focused commissioning that meets local needs.
Youll lead commissioning from end-to-end planning procurement evaluation and continuous improvement while mentoring a high-performing team and fostering genuine inclusive partnerships with stakeholders and lived experience groups.
