Position Overview
The Customer Care Representative is responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of GN ReSound. Their duties include but are not limited to answering phone calls and emails from customers to answer questions participate in meetings with the interdepartmental meetings including with Sales teams to discover new communication tactics and maintain expert knowledge about company products and services to best help customers.

Pay Transparency Notice:
Depending on your work location the target hourly rate for this position can range from $22.50 - $25.25. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location role skill set and level of experience. To remain competitive GN offers a competitive benefits package including annual bonuses health insurance a 401(k) plan paid time off and paid holidays.
