Job Description

  • Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Identify new business opportunities trends and competitive developments in the field of sterile packaging.
  • Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers in the medical technology and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Consulting & Sales: Present our products and solutions develop customized packaging concepts and support customer projects from inquiry to implementation.
  • Networking: Attend trade fairs conferences and industry events to position our company and identify new business partners.
  • Collaboration with Internal and External Partners:
  • Work closely with the local Business Development Managers at our two production sites to optimize market coverage and customer support.
  • Coordinate with product development production and quality assurance teams to efficiently implement customer requirements.

Qualifications :

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration engineering packaging technology medical technology or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in business development sales or key account management ideally in the medical technology or packaging solutions sector.
  • Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards for sterile packaging of medical or pharmaceutical products.
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation expertise at all decision-making levels.
  • Independent structured and goal-oriented working style with a high level of self-motivation.
  • Experience in collaborating with internal and external teams across multiple locations.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings site visits and industry events.
  • Fluent in German and English both written and spoken.
