Job Description
Role: Packaging Manager
Location: Salem OR
Exempt

Your Impact:
- Lead and oversee the packaging department of the facility.
- Manage daily packaging tasks including vape & pre roll filling accurate labeling weighing and packaging with quality assurance
- Hire train mentor coach and develop team members
- Monitor and update inventory levels to align with production goals customer orders and sales data
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure accurate timely and efficient order fulfillment
- Continuously identify and implement improvements in safety productivity quality and team engagement
