About the role

Under new leadership we have 2 exciting Executive Assistant opportunities at Sydney public hospital Darlinghurst. Join us and help make great things happen with the Executive Assistance team!

  • Provide executive support to an Executive at Sydney public hospital Darlinghurst

  • Report to the newly recruited Executive to the CEO and be part of a team of 7 executive support staff

  • Be well supported by a Manager who prioritises proactiveness team collaboration and kindness

  • Manage correspondence with internal and external stakeholders

  • Support corporate governance requirements and the preparation of committee papers agendas and minutes

About you

  • Experience in providing executive support in a large and complex organisation

  • Well-organised can solve problems effectively and can manage a busy workload with tight deadlines

  • Good interpersonal skills capable of building positive relationships and maintaining strict confidentiality

  • Good written communication skills and strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft

  • Able to work from the hospital Monday to Friday with the occasional work-from-home day

Youll be part of the team at St Vincents hospital Darlinghurst.
