Full-time Continuing
Location: Footscray Park Campus (or other VU campuses as required)

This is an exciting opportunity to learn new skills and gain experience within the Student Administration team.

The Central Timetable Unit is seeking a motivative staff member to assist with operations. We are looking for a creative problem solver with strong critical thinking skills exceptional communication and organisational skills and a proven ability to deal with complex issues and information with sensitivity and confidentiality. A commitment to impartiality and attention to detail are also essential.

About the Role:

As a Timetable Officer you will play a key role in developing and maintaining the Universitys class timetables and managing room bookings. Working closely with academic colleges TAFE and other stakeholders youll help deliver effective scheduling solutions that maximise space usage and support positive learning environments.

You will also contribute to space planning analysis resolve timetable-related issues and provide support via the Universitys Timetable Helpdesk.
