You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailTo work as part of a team of officers managing the councils temporary accommodation in Ipswich.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks that may arise in managing temporary accommodation including managing your own customers rent accounts repairs completing admissions and sign posting to other services.
Are you a team player organised self-motivated supportive and understanding have efficient IT skills including Microsoft and database systems and professional note keeping skills.
You will be required to work a shift pattern including Bank Holidays. Hours are 22.20 per week and will be worked Wednesday to Friday 9am - 5pm. This is a full office/location-based role.
