Operations Trainer Job Summary The Operations Trainer is responsible for researching preparing organizing and conducting training programs on various retail banking topics products and procedures for employees at all levels of the organization. The candidate must be friendly personable and committed to delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers. The Operations Trainer has a primary objective of effectively and efficiently communicating and delivering key retail training programs on current and newly implemented bank procedures software and hardware while traveling throughout the OMB footprint. This individual helps to build and develop training programs and curriculum with a trackable life cycle which ensures the progress of staff at all levels. Primary Location/Schedule: - 3110 S Delaware Ave Springfield MO 65804
- 8:00 pm - 5:00 pm Monday Friday; occasional additional hours as needed
- Full-time 40 hours per week average
Position Requirements: - Bachelors degree (BA) or equivalent from a four-year college or university in a business-related field or equivalent level of relevant training and experience
- Three or more years of retail banking experience
- Two or more years of team leadership experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of the federal state and other governing agencies regulations and requirements related to bank processing and transaction monitoring
- Excellent multi-tasker with effective time management skills; capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks
- Disciplined in protecting and managing highly confidential information/material
- Willingness to engage to work off-site at all OMB locations for the purpose of marketing bank services and building relationships with OMB team members
- Demonstrated self-motivation; productive efficient organized accurate work output with no supervision while working independently and within a team environment
- Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and instruct others: train personnel write reports speak clearly and concisely to customers and employees
- Ability to apply strategic planning activity coordination and problem-solving techniques to complex issues of multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations
- Strong mathematical problem-solving and computer skills
