St Patricks College Ballarat is inviting expressions of interest for the following key Positions of Leadership within the Colleges vibrant Performing Arts Program commencing in 2026 for a four-year term:
These roles require passionate and dedicated educators who are committed to fostering a strong culture of artistic excellence student engagement and community within their discipline while upholding the Catholic identity and values of the College.
Each successful applicant will bring demonstrated leadership experience with strengths in curriculum innovation performance direction team collaboration and strategic development. They will play a vital role in shaping the Colleges creative vision nurturing student talent and contributing to the holistic formation of students through the performing arts.
As part of a dynamic and collegial arts team these leaders will be instrumental in enhancing the profile of Music Drama and Performance across the College and broader community.
