About the Role

As aContributor Advocate youll be at the heart of our mission to support and empower contributors on their health journey. Working closely with our Customer Service team and Peoplecare Advocates youll actively promote and make contributors aware of the programs that improve wellbeing and boost health literacy. Whether its through phone online or mobile app interactions youll provide proactive and responsive support tailored to each contributors unique needs.

Youll coordinate with health providers to ensure seamless access to advocacy and broader health cover services follow up on care plans and maintain accurate records in operational systems like HAMBS. Your role also involves identifying contributors eligible for support reviewing their needs regularly and ensuring services are aligned with their care goals.

Beyond direct contributor engagement youll uphold governance compliance and risk standardsactively participating in training reporting and continuous improvement efforts. Youll collaborate across teams to enhance service delivery and support a culture of excellence and empathy.
