Modivcare is looking for an experienced Customer Advocate II to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting our Transportation Providers by addressing inquiries resolving concerns and ensuring accurate and efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced call center environment.
This role
- Assists Transportation Providers with transportation-related questions and concerns.
- Schedules modifies and cancels reservations as requested.
- Documents complaints and provider concerns thoroughly and accurately.
- Inputs and maintains accurate trip data and performs trip corrections mileage/cost adjustments cancellations and retro trip insertions.
- Refers unresolved grievances to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution.
- Supports escalation procedures and negotiates trip costs when outside of contractual agreements.
- Provides support to peers in achieving exceptional service standards.
- Responds to calls on the Transportation Provider line.
- Participates in required meetings and other assigned projects or duties.
We are interested in speaking with individuals with the following
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- One (1) or more years of experience in a contact center or customer service environment involving high phone volume and data entry preferred.
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
- Capacity to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and accuracy in data handling.
- Positive attitude and commitment to high-quality service delivery.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes follow complex instructions and type accurately.
Salary: $19/hr
