Job Description

  • Lead strategic HR transformation in aged care
  • Champion new systems EVP and performance frameworks
  • Be a trusted IR/ER expert and senior advisor

Were seeking a seasoned and compassionate People & Culture leader to join one of Victorias most respected NFP aged care providers.

Reporting directly to the CPO youll lead a team of HR professionals through a period of exciting transformation - embedding a new EVP and implementing the organisations new HRIS and time & attendance system.

Youll be a trusted voice to senior management and executives bringing deep experience in managing complex Industrial & Employee Relations matters. From performance frameworks to union negotiations and workforce planning - youll help steer the organisation toward sustainable people-first growth.

Key Objectives:

  • Oversee implementation of HumanForce HRIS T&A system
  • Embed a refreshed Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
  • Drive adoption of a performance driven culture
  • Provide high-level IR/ER expertise across the organisation

What were looking for:

  • Proven leadership experience in a senior P&C/HR role (aged care/health highly preferable)
  • Deep understanding of complex IR frameworks and negotiations
  • Strong change management and HR tech implementation capability
  • Authentic leadership style with a collaborative and coaching mindset
  • Sector experience in aged care health or other regulated environments
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management Industrial Relations Organisational Development Business Law or a related field.
