Were seeking a seasoned and compassionate People & Culture leader to join one of Victorias most respected NFP aged care providers.
Reporting directly to the CPO youll lead a team of HR professionals through a period of exciting transformation - embedding a new EVP and implementing the organisations new HRIS and time & attendance system.
Youll be a trusted voice to senior management and executives bringing deep experience in managing complex Industrial & Employee Relations matters. From performance frameworks to union negotiations and workforce planning - youll help steer the organisation toward sustainable people-first growth.
