Job Description
Location: Plattsburgh NY (100% Onsite)
- Manage the subcontracted activity and ensure on time & on quality delivery
- Focal point for the customer focal point daily
- Responsible of schedule productivity and quality
- Pilot of the workload/capacity and manage priorities
- Manage resources and follow-up trainings and qualifications
- Produce monthly reports as per customer requirements
- Coordination on handing/taking over of tasks between Team Supervisors
- Initiate and manage continuous improvement activities
- Experienced in leading and coordinating meetings with any interface
- Lean management experience
- Team management experience
- Trained and proficient in Alstom processes and procedures
- Trained and proficient Alstom IT tools or software
