As a Material Handler and Administrative Support professional you will collaborate closely with multiple teams and departments. Your primary interactions will include the Material Manager warehouse staff production teams purchasing department and various operational teams requiring inventory support. Youll work with accounting for reconciliation procurement for material ordering and production planners for inventory management. Administrative interactions will involve supporting executive and management teams with reporting documentation and communication tasks.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years experience in administrative roles purchasing orders warehouse material management or inventory stockroom operations
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office tools) and inventory software.
Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Familiarity with Inventory systems purchasing orders invoicing procedures
Cycle inventory warehouse and materials handling experience is preferred
Advance administrative and inventory management skills

What will your typical day look like
Administrative:
Morning inventory system updates and administrative reporting
Preparing or supporting inventory reports for management when requested
Processing material requisitions and tracking documentation
Supporting procurement processes with accurate record-keeping
Coordinating material movements and updating tracking systems
Resolving inventory discrepancies through administrative investigation
Follow Safety protocols and ensure adherence to PPE policies
Transition between administrative tasks and physical inventory management
Material Handling:
Receive inspect and document incoming shipments.
Transport materials to designated storage or production areas.
Operate forklifts pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
Ensure materials are properly labeled and stored.
Stock Room Operations:
Maintain a clean organized and efficient stockroom.
Issue materials to departments as requested.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or overages.
Update inventory records in the ERP or inventory management system.
Cycle Counting:
Conduct scheduled and unscheduled cycle counts.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Record and report count results and variances.
Assist with inventory audits and reconciliation.
