You ll inspire teams elevate member experiences and create a welcoming space for all ages and abilities to thrive.

What You ll Do:
Lead daily operations across two wellness centers
Recruit coach and develop an engaged team
Create a safe inclusive and inspiring member experience
Collaborate with fitness teams to deliver seamless service
Manage schedules budgets and certifications
Requirements
You Bring:
A people-first mindset and strong leadership potential
Great communication and organizational skills
Passion for wellness and community impact
CPR/AED certification (or ability to get it in 30 days)
Make wellness more than a workout make it a movement.
