Sales Supervisor South Sudan
Location: Juba
Brief Overview:
This role leads Solarize s market presence in South Sudan focusing on both product sales and origination of C&I project opportunities. All equipment is fulfilled through our Kampala hub so the candidate will act as our local business lead for the South Sudanese market.
Core Responsibilities:
- Sell solar equipment to local contractors NGOs institutions and retailers.
- Develop a pipeline of solar project leads across key C&I sectors.
- Provide technical input and basic system sizing in coordination with the Uganda team.
- Coordinate cross-border orders and deliveries with Kampala logistics.
- Represent Solarize in key sector events donor programs and client meetings.
Requirements
Qualities & Qualification:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Electrical Renewable Energy or similar).
- 3 4 years of experience in solar product sales or project origination.
- Familiarity with basic solar design and sizing tools.
- Holds an existing network of buyers (contractors NGOs government C&I clients).
- Already managing or can bring a C&I project pipeline into the business.
- Self-driven resourceful and capable of representing a regional solar brand.
