This is a remote position.

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
  
• Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm UK time with a 30 minute unpaid break

As a Telemarketer you ll be at the forefront of our client s UK expansion connecting with small to medium-sized building companies across the nation. You ll play a crucial role in introducing our client s innovative steel storage solutions to potential customers building valuable B2B relationships and contributing directly to the company s success. This position offers a unique opportunity to hone your communication skills develop expertise in the construction industry and be part of a dynamic team driving international growth.

• Conduct outbound calls to UK-based building companies introducing our client s steel storage products
  
• Secure permissions to send product information via email
  
• Invite businesses to join our client s exclusive specials database
  
• Verify and update contact information for potential clients
  
• Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and customer data
  
• Meet daily call targets contributing to the goal of reaching 10% of the market within 12 months
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies
  
• Provide feedback on customer responses to improve product offerings and sales approach
  

• Excellent English communication skills with a professional phone manner
  
• Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing preferably in a B2B setting
  
• Strong ability to work independently and meet performance targets
  
• Exceptional listening skills and adaptability in conversation
  
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer skills
  
• Resilience and positive attitude in handling diverse call outcomes
  
• Interest in or knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
  
• Willingness to learn about steel storage products and articulate their benefits
