Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services.
Qualify leads by understanding client needs and interests.
Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements
Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly confident phone presence.
Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain motivation.
Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM software.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a willingness to learn.
Prior experience in sales telemarketing or customer service is a plus but not required.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
