Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Flexible within client business hours (Pacific Time California)
Total Weekly Hours: 20 hours

Join a growing team as a Bookkeeper where your expertise in financial data processing directly contributes to business growth and client success. You ll be responsible for managing bookkeeping tasks across a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from busy restaurants to impactful nonprofit organizations. This is a dynamic remote role that offers both variety and responsibility ideal for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in accurate high-volume transaction management.

By keeping financial records up to date you ll empower business owners to focus on strategic priorities making your work central to the company s continued expansion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and classify high volumes of transactions across multiple client accounts using QuickBooks Online

  • Manage data entry for various industries including hospitality nonprofit and small businesses

  • Handle multiple bank accounts and maintain consistent accurate reconciliation records

  • Organize and prepare financial data for management reporting and review

  • Support business growth by owning time-intensive bookkeeping tasks

  • Maintain accuracy and consistency across all assigned accounts

  • Work independently while staying connected with a collaborative remote team


Requirements

  • Proven experience with QuickBooks Online and bookkeeping best practices

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high transaction volumes

  • Previous experience in data entry transaction classification and bank reconciliations

  • Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts

  • Solid understanding of financial recordkeeping and reconciliation processes

  • Reliable availability for part-time flexible hours

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
