AlphaGraphics Tampa Print a leading locally owned and operated print signs and marketing business is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. What Youll Do: As our Part-Time Bookkeeper you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Recording day-to-day financial transactions including sales purchases receipts and payments.
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable ensuring timely processing of invoices and collections.
- Performing bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring accurate payroll records.
- Preparing and generating essential financial reports such as income statements and balance sheets.
- Maintaining organized and comprehensive financial documentation both physical and digital.
- Collaborating with management to provide clear insights into the companys financial status.
- Ensuring compliance with local state and federal financial regulations.
What Were Looking For:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper preferably in a small to medium-sized business environment.
- Skills:
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks Online).
- Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks Online).
Work Schedule:
- Flexible Hours - Approximately 4 hours per day.
- Flexible Date and Times - Between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM 4 or 5 days per week (Monday through Friday).
