Which is why they are currently hiring an E-Cmmerce Manager who is responsible for overseeing and driving the online sales performance of a business. They manage the day-to-day operations of an e-commerce platform ensure a seamless customer experience and develop strategies to increase online traffic conversion rates and revenue.
Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Daily oversight of marketplace activities. Management of relationships with sellers and customers.
Strategic Development: Development and implementation of the business strategy. Market analysis and identification of growth opportunities.
Financial Management: Preparation and management of the marketplace budget. Monitoring of financial performance indicators (KPIs).
Marketing and Communication: Coordination of marketing campaigns. Management of brand image and exploration of new communication avenues.
IT and Technology: Collaboration with the technical team to ensure the platform operates smoothly. Technology watch to integrate innovations.
Evaluation and Reporting: Performance evaluation methods. Frequency of reports to management and stakeholders.
Risks and Challenges: Identification of key risks associated with managing the marketplace (competition regulatory issues etc.). Strategies to mitigate these risks.

Bachelors Degree
5 years of proven experience managing e-commerce platforms or marketplaces
Significant experience in managing an e-commerce platform or marketplace.
Project management and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and data analysis.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills.
Initiative and proactivity.
Ability to work in a team and manage multidisciplinary teams.
