Job Description
What Youll Do
- Lead the end-to-end UX and UI design process from discovery to delivery
- Drive user research and synthesize findings into actionable insights
- Develop wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs that align with business objectives
- Own and drive the UX strategy for our mobile app website and responsive web ensuring scalable user-centric solutions across platforms
- Define and implement UX best practices and frameworks to improve design quality speed and alignment across the product lifecycle
- Conduct usability testing and A/B experiments to validate design decisions and continuously optimize user flows
- Proactively identify UX/UI gaps friction points and opportunities based on data research and industry trends
- Collaborate with product owners to influence roadmap prioritization through a deep understanding of user needs and business goals
- Act as the voice of the user within the organization advocating for accessibility inclusion and evidence-based design
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product engineering and marketing
- Present and articulate design decisions confidently to stakeholders using research and data to influence outcomes
- Champion design thinking and mentor junior designers (if applicable)
- Ensure design consistency usability and accessibility across products
Requirements
- 7 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing web or mobile products
- Proven experience in stakeholder-facing roles with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively
- Strong knowledge of UX principles interaction design and usability best practices
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD etc.
- Experience with UX Research & Testing Tools
- Solid understanding of user research methods usability testing and data-driven design
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Bonus: Experience mentoring other designers or leading design initiatives
