Job Description
- Project planning and goal setting aligned with organizational strategy
- Team assembly management and leadership
- Resource allocation and management
- Risk identification and mitigation
- Budget oversight and control
- Scheduling and timeline adherence
- Stakeholder communication and relationship management (internal & external)
- Ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle
- Problem-solving and decision-making
- Project closure and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in IT Management Business or a related field
- 7 to 10 years of experience in a Project Management role preferably in the banking or finance sector
- Proven ability to manage top-performing teams
- Experience in senior-level stakeholder and vendor management
- Skilled in preparing detailed reports and delivering presentations
- Hands-on experience working in Agile development environments
