Summary:
Training & Development: Provide onboarding and ongoing training to cleaning staff on procedures safety practices and equipment
use.
Quality Assurance: Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleaning services meet client expectations and contractual obligations.
Job Estimation: Evaluate site requirements and prepare accurate job estimates including labor materials and timeframes.
Customer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring satisfaction addressing concerns and resolving issues
promptly.
Inventory Control: Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment ensuring proper usage and maintaining stock levels.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in job files including estimates schedules reports and communications.
Safety: Enforce compliance with safety policies and standards; promote a culture of safety among all team members.
Experience and Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to assess project needs and produce reliable estimates
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organized and detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
Proficient with basic computer systems
This is a full-time position 40 hours per week. Hours may include occasional evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate customer needs. Travel is primarily local.
