Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to support and enhance our internal and external communications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining consistent brand messaging coordinating communications initiatives and assisting in the creation of compelling content. You will play a key role in keeping our stakeholders informed and engaged.
Responsibilities
Develop coordinate and distribute internal and external communications
Assist in drafting press releases newsletters memos and presentations
Support communication strategies aligned with company goals
Monitor media coverage and industry trends for relevant insights
Collaborate with departments to ensure cohesive messaging
Coordinate logistics for media events and speaking engagements
Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity and accuracy
Track engagement metrics and prepare communication performance reports
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field
13 years of experience in a communications or content coordination role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Outlook)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
