We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support our internal and external communications efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing editing and organizational skills and will play a key role in developing content coordinating campaigns and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
Responsibilities
Develop and edit clear engaging written content for internal memos newsletters press releases and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate communication projects and campaigns with marketing HR and operations departments.
Monitor messaging consistency across all channels.
Assist in the development of presentations reports and communication toolkits.
Support the planning and execution of company events and public relations initiatives.
Track and report on communication effectiveness and engagement metrics.
Ensure communication materials align with company branding and tone.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or related field.
13 years of experience in a communications or coordination role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel).
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Knowledge of communication strategy and content development best practices.
