Determine appropriate electrical components for advanced instrumentation systems
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical components and mentor team members on best practices
Synthesize and develop detailed electrical design documentation
Design and develop electrical control systems including PDUs and interlocks
Manage and oversee a team of electrical and controls engineers
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or Physics
Experience with complex mechanical assemblies
Strong background in motion control systems
Preferred: Experience working with semiconductor systems

Exceptional attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills in a collaborative team environment
Excellent data analysis and critical thinking abilities
Passion for building and testing complex prototypes
