We are seeking an Experienced Customer Delivery Manager to take end-to-end accountability for customer service delivery in the international health market. This role involves managing service quality optimizing portfolios and collaborating with top management to drive success.
FOCUS AREA: OVERALL
- Forecast & Cost Controlling overall together with Squad and ensure the correctness within the central FS of HEALTH Account
- Drive internal request from different stakeholders
- Escation support in front of several customer
- Be part of SALES activities to ensure that solution / costing and to take approval from the PBU and as well the communication to them
- Support the Tribe Lead
- Be flexibel as CDM to work in differen customer areas
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage service delivery using ITIL frameworks (incident problem change management)
- Plan and control service provision in time quality and costs.
- Oversee multiple service chains and associated costs.
- Ensure end-to-end delivery and service quality for customers.
- Collaborate with portfolio owners for optimized service delivery.
- Possess deep technical knowledge of cloud computing and/or TSI processes.
- Ensure accuracy in financials and invoicing.
- Approve solutions and manage customer-impacting projects.
- Implement efficiency improvement measures and handle escalations.
- Monitor quality at the delivery unit level.
- Communicate regularly with delivery teams suppliers and customers.
- Manage and coordinate international interdisciplinary project teams.
- Engage with top management and develop global cooperation strategies.
- Escalation management / take MoD actions in the year
Qualifications :
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and project management experience
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Financial management and budgeting knowledge
- Technical understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
Essential Requirements:
- Fluent German (written/spoken) - direct customer communication
- Fluent English - internal team collaboration
- Service management experience with ITIL knowledge
