Were looking for a strategic thinker and skilled collaborator to join our Governance & Compliance team asPerformance Manager turning data into meaningful action and driving a performance framework that improves lives and supports our social purpose.
What youll be doing
As our newPerformance Manager youll play a pivotal role in shaping how we measure and understand success. Youll lead the development of a robust organisation-wide performance framework that connects strategy delivery and outcomes ensuring we stay aligned with our goals and regulatory responsibilities.
Youll work closely with our Data & BI and Insight teams to bring performance data to life creating meaningful narratives aligning reporting tools and embedding a culture of insight-led decision-making.
This is a coordinating and connective role that sits at the intersection of strategic policy assurance data and delivery.
Acting as a critical friend across the organisation youll ensure our performance information is consistent reliable and impactful supporting colleagues at all levels and championing performance as a core part of good governance.
This is a high-influence cross-cutting role that requires strategic thinking analytical strength and a passion for turning data into action.
What were looking for
Were looking for someone who can connect the dots between data delivery and outcomes.
Youll need:
Youll bring a passion for assurance shape a clear performance narrative and help others understand how metrics connect to delivery strategy and decision-making.
Experience in the housing sector or a similarly regulated service environment is desirable but not essential.
