Make a Difference
The Innovative Healthcare Collaborative of Indiana (IHCI) is seeking a Sr Business Intelligence Analyst. The Sr Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for the development deployment and alignment of analytic solutions. Sr Business Intelligence Analysts are visualization and reporting experts capable of transforming data discovering data insights and using those insights to present a story. Due to the expertise and experience for this role this role will routinely work with other team members to provide technical expertise and mentorship.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Bachelors degree in computer science business administration healthcare or related field .
- In lieu of the above education requirements a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Four (4) or more years of experience in health insurance managed care provider reimbursement outcomes research or other healthcare decision support fields .
- Four (4) or more years of experience in healthcare. Intermediate SQL experience Azure Databricks advanced data visualization and analysis experience is .
- Previous experience or working knowledge of Epic EMR.
- This position will allow the flexibility to work remotely. Community caregivers performing work remotely are permitted to live in the following states: Indiana Illinois Ohio Michigan Kentucky Florida and Texas. Caregivers are not allowed to perform work remotely outside of the above states. Applicants from other states may apply; however if hired they will be required to relocate to one of the above states within 60 days of their employment date.
