- Engage proactively constructively and creatively with internal stakeholders partners and customers to identify business scenarios and product requirements.
- Analyze information from multiple sources elicit requirements and clarify stakeholder expectations related to requirements.
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams study system capabilities design user interface mockups and write specifications to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Creation of test plans and test cases that check the compliance of the product functionality with comparison to functional specifications and conduct acceptance testing and verification of corrected errors.
- Understand technical concepts and collaborate closely with Developers and QA engineers.
- Collaborate closely with product/ operational managers and communicate the progress in non-technical language.
- Demonstrate features and enhancements being developed and manage feedback.
- Ensure the quality and completeness of the features and functions developed by the team throughout the development cycle.
- Ability to handle multiple projects successfully by prioritizing tasks.
- Brings domain expertise to complex projects and ability to handle cross functional projects.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Business Management or a related field of study.
- Over 5 years of experience in ERP with a focus on Financials Projects Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains (preferred).
- Strong presentation skills ability to communicate professionally and skill in writing specifications business correspondence professional emails and procedure manuals.
- Quick learner with an analytical innovative and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to write SQL queries to extract transform load and verify information from databases.
- Experience with integration with external services (Exchange SalesForce Hubspot)
