University Admissions Support Role Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students preparing for university
Advise and assist with personal statements admissions tests and interview preparation
Guide and motivate Oxbridge and high-achieving applicants through the process
Liaise with parents and teachers to support students academic goals
Maintain focus on student progress attainment and personal development
University Admissions Support Candidate Requirements:
MUST have a 1:1 degree from a top 10 UK university
Previous experience supporting university admissions or working with sixth form students is desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills especially with students and parents
Confident and knowledgeable in supporting competitive university entry pathways
Proactive adaptable and a committed team player
Able to manage behaviour confidently in a high-expectation setting
