Hours: 37.5 per week
Location: Base location either St Marys Hospital Parkhurst Road Newport Isle of WightPO30 5TG or Building 4000 Lakeside North Harbour Cosham Portsmouth PO6 3EN. Across site travel may be required the frequency will be agreed locally

The Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) programme is a key enabler in our five-year digital strategy and a foundational step toward the successful rollout of the OneEPR (HIOW Acute Electronic Patient Record).

Qualifications :
Qualifications / Training
Relevant Bachelor Degree (Tech Business Change) or equivalent knowledge/experience.
Relevant Higher Degree (Masters or higher in Tech Business Change) or equivalent.
Recognised Programme and Project Management qualification to practitioner level.
Evidence of recent professional development
Previous / Relevant Experience
Extensive experience managing and delivering full programme/project lifecycle (including pre-project phases) and supplier management for large programmes.
Staff line management and development experience.
Experience presenting complex and technical information including to Executive Boards.
Project/Programme management skills (e.g. agile and waterfall methodologies).
Strong knowledge of standard programme/project artefacts (creation review reporting).
Ability to analyse complex technical information and present it to varied audiences.
Capacity to identify and apply technical and clinical knowledge relevant to specific contexts.
Risk and issue identification with effective mitigation strategy development.
Intellectual flexibility openness to feedback and learning mindset.
Influencing and negotiation skills including constructively challenging current practices.
Information Governance (IG) and Digital Technology compliance knowledge.
Standard keyboard skills (touch typing).
