The wage range for this role is $24.69-$28.91/hr.

Your tasks at a glance
- You are the master of keeping our tools clean and sterile.
- You receive sort disassemble decontaminate clean assemble wrap sterilize and store instruments.
- You keep accurate records of sterile items.
- You make sure to rotatestock (FIFO) and reprocessoutdated supplies.
- You are patient and can stand for long periods of time while doing repetitive movements and remaining focused on tasks.
- You adhere to sterilization standards and ensure that they are met on a regular basis.
- You will be cross-trained as aSurgical Assistant(once the initial training is completed).
A clear view of your assets
- Required:You possess a recognizedSterile Processing / Medical Device Reprocessing Techniciancertificate (MDRT) and acurrentCanadian Standards Association (CSA)certificate.
- You are meticulous precise rigorous patient and focused no detail can escape you.
- You have a sense of responsibility and take your role seriously.
- Your experience in the field of ophthalmology and/or optometry is considered an asset.
- Schedule:You are available to work Thursday & Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
