As the first face of our business youll play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly greeting guests managing day-to-day operations and supporting our corporate team.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Welcome visitors and manage front desk operations
- Answer calls emails and coordinate general correspondence
- Organise meeting room bookings catering and internal events
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and office supplies
- Provide admin support across departments
- Assist with onboarding and desk allocations for new team members
- Maintain a professional safe and well-presented office space
Qualifications :
