Job Description

Were looking for a professional and people-focused Receptionist to join our Brisbane Head Office team on a permanent full-time basis offering a $60000 salary plus great company perks.

As the first face of our business youll play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly greeting guests managing day-to-day operations and supporting our corporate team.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Welcome visitors and manage front desk operations
  • Answer calls emails and coordinate general correspondence
  • Organise meeting room bookings catering and internal events
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and office supplies
  • Provide admin support across departments
  • Assist with onboarding and desk allocations for new team members
  • Maintain a professional safe and well-presented office space

Qualifications :

Were looking for someone who thrives in a people-focused fast-moving environment and can juggle multiple tasks with ease. Youll be the kind of person who naturally takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and creating a welcoming space.

Youll have:

  • Proven experience in a receptionist front desk or office coordination role
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills both in person and over the phone
  • A polished and professional appearance with a positive can-do attitude
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality stay calm under pressure and handle competing priorities
  • Confidence working independently but also as part of a team
  • A passion for customer service and a strong sense of ownership in your work
