Job Description
Role Overview
As the Director Technology & AI to the VP of Technology & AI you will lead the strategic operations and governance of the Technology & AI organization. Youll manage portfolio execution coordinate cross-functional initiatives and act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the VP. This role is central to driving alignment operational excellence and strategic impact across our growing AI and technology investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve the Technology & AI PMO to ensure on-time on-budget delivery of key initiatives
- Define and maintain governance processes dashboards and metrics for strategic programs
- Serve as a key advisor to the VP on strategic priorities operational planning and communications
- Drive quarterly and annual business planning cycles and track progress toward key objectives
- Facilitate leadership team meetings offsites and executive communications
- Align cross-functional initiatives across product engineering AI and GTM teams
- Coordinate resource planning headcount forecasting and budget alignment
- Lead special projects on behalf of the VPranging from M&A integration to innovation pilots
- Ensure inclusive and effective communication within the Tech & AI organization
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Experience
Must-Have
- Degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 8 years of experience in PMO leadership Chief of Staff roles or tech strategy functions
- Proven track record managing complex programs across cross-functional tech teams
- Exceptional communication organization and relationship-building skills
- Experience with portfolio and program management tools (e.g. Smartsheet Jira Confluence)
Nice-to-Have
- Background in AI data or software product development
- Executive communications or board reporting experience
- MBA or PMP certification
- Familiarity with OKR frameworks or agile delivery
