Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cluster Financial Controller to join our team in Umluj Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our leadership team you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of multiple properties within our hospitality portfolio ensuring financial stability compliance and strategic growth.

  • Lead and manage the finance teams across multiple properties providing guidance and mentorship to ensure optimal performance
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organizations goals and objectives
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements reports and analyses for senior management and stakeholders
  • Manage budgeting forecasting and long-term financial planning processes for the cluster
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations tax laws and accounting standards
  • Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets
  • Collaborate with property managers and department heads to optimize financial performance and identify areas for cost savings
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices across the clusters financial operations
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making at the executive level
  • Manage relationships with external auditors banks and other financial partners

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
  • Professional accounting qualification (CPA ACCA or equivalent)
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in financial management with a track record of progressive responsibility
  • Experience in hospitality or related industries preferred
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling analysis and strategic planning
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Proven experience in multi-property financial management
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus


Additional Information :

  • Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
  • experience in project coordination scheduling and document control during pre-Opening stages.
  • Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
  • A proactive anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Luxury standards.
