Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Sales Executive to join our team in Umluj Saudi Arabia. This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead sales efforts across multiple luxury properties in one of the worlds most captivating destinations.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue across Raffles & Fairmont properties in the Red Sea region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities focusing on high-value corporate accounts travel agencies and tour operators
- Conduct sales presentations and property tours to showcase our world-class facilities and services
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients to secure long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets
- Regularly report on sales performance and forecast future trends to senior management
- Represent Raffles & Fairmont at industry events trade shows and networking functions
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hotel sales with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Experience in cluster or multi-property sales management
- Strong knowledge of revenue management principles and practices
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent negotiation presentation and communication skills
- In-depth understanding of the luxury hospitality industry and global travel trends
- Knowledge of the Middle Eastern market and cultural sensitivities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multicultural environment
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (particularly Arabic) are highly advantageous
- Hotel industry certifications (e.g. Certified Hospitality Sales Professional) preferred
- Willingness to travel within the region as required

- experience in project coordination scheduling and document control during pre-Opening stages.
