Job Description
Were looking for a Global Insurance Specialist to support our Global Head of Insurance and ensure seamless operations across various insurance products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily operations and strategic planning.
Collaborate with brokers providers and leadership on insurance matters.
Be the main contact for all insurance-related issues worldwide.
Provide expert support for internal teams understanding needs and offering tailored solutions.
Manage global claims for KOSTAL Group ensuring efficient resolution.
Maintain relationships with insurance brokers to ensure optimal coverage.
Oversee insurance policy management and continuous process improvements.
Handle a range of insurance products: Property Damage Liability Cargo D&O and more.
Qualifications :
What Youll Need:
2-3 years of relevant experience in an insurance broker insurer or corporate environment.
Strong understanding of insurance products and practices.
Fluent in English (written & spoken); German is a plus.
Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills.
Experience with Excel and managing multiple priorities.
Negotiation and contracting experience with brokers/insurers.
