Opening this October the store will feature an exclusive product range and serve as a sanctuary for busy shoppers to pause breathe and reconnect.
As Assistant Manager of this Mind Oasis Flagship you will support the Store Director in leading inspiring and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales goals. Youll play a key role in implementing local business strategies maintaining operational excellence and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires strong communication skills a customer-first mindset and a passion for team development and performance.
Youll help set daily objectives contribute to monthly planning and oversee store administration inventory and compliance. Youll also support visual merchandising foster a welcoming environment and help resolve any team or customer concerns with empathy and efficiency. Your ability to adapt collaborate and celebrate team successes will be essential in driving the stores long-term success.
