Business Development Manager – Sterile Packaging (m/f/d)

• Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Identify new business opportunities trends and competitive developments in the field of sterile packaging.
• Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers in the medical technology and pharmaceutical industries.
• Consulting & Sales: Present our products and solutions develop customized packaging concepts and support customer projects from inquiry to implementation.
• Networking: Attend trade fairs conferences and industry events to position our company and identify new business partners.
• Collaboration with Internal and External Partners: Work closely with the local Business Development Managers at our two production sites to optimize market coverage and customer support. Coordinate with product development production and quality assurance teams to efficiently implement customer requirements.

Qualifications :

• Successfully completed degree in business administration engineering packaging technology medical technology or a related field.
• Several years of experience in business development sales or key account management ideally in the medical technology or packaging solutions sector.
• Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards for sterile packaging of medical or pharmaceutical products would be a plus.
• Strong communication skills and negotiation expertise at all decision-making levels.
• Independent structured and goal-oriented working style with a high level of self-motivation.
• Experience in collaborating with internal and external teams across multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings site visits and industry events.
• Fluent in German and English both written and spoken.
